8oz USDA prime Sirloin
Salted butter – 1-tbls
Smokey Tomato Sauce
3- Roasted tomatoes
4- garlic cloves
1- Tbls of salt
4- Chipotle peppers
½ cup of water
Preparation:
Grill tomatoes for about 12 min on each side or until slightly charred. Let tomatoes cool then combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to a puree.
After grilling the steak add the butter on top and then put about 2 to 3oz of smoky tomato sauce and serve
